Bio-medical Research Institute Landscaping

Stellenbosch University's BMRI is a R1.2 billion project which houses leading researchers and students who are investigating diseases that have an impact on South Africa and the rest of the continent.

The landscaping aspect of this project was taken on by Terra + Landscape Architects. The design links the interior and exterior public areas between the new structures, providing spaces for social interaction and provides a respite from the intense working environment at the campus.
